Im considering putting a roof over my carport , depending on the vost. Flat roof car port. Metal structure. Just under 16mt2. One side has a garage wall. The otherside and the back have boundary walls I want the height the same as the garage so at a later stage I can extend the walls without having to take the roof weight and put in a garage door. Repair the entire leaking roof, repair peeling off paint, cleaning of gutters and repairs on down pipes at FRASERBURG MAGISTRATES COURT. Use SABS approve roof sealer and membrane to seal the areas that need to be sealed. Get into roof spaces to check for unforeseen damages and attend tothem. Leave everything in a good working condition and leave the site neat and clean.

Apartment is m2 floor size, so ceiling is m2 of which about 8 m2 is bathrooms which should be special paint for water resistance and steam. All walls on the inside of the apartment should be painted as well (bathroom and kitchen walls are tiled so excluded), plus all closets painted and all 6 doors. Window frames should also be painted and perhaps patched. All areas included (walls, ceilings, doors and closets) is probably around m2.
