We want to build 3 bedrooms, kitchen,dining and lounge open plan, double garage and 2 bathrooms. I want flat roof parapet finish. External walls will be mm thick.and internal walls 90mm thick. We also need boundary wall, plot size is sqm not yet decided If we will do blocks or vibercrate walls. Thanks
