Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.

I want to build a Madrasah Institution and already have the land.

We are trying to build a small accommodation, 96 units, each 17 square meter. I would like to secure an Architect by the end of next week and I already have the land. Need advise from Architect and what is possible for the build based on the and etc.
It should be a two/three bedroom apartment. 2 tier apartments that will occupy m2 land.
I did some remodelling inside my house, mostly opening spaces by removing a couple of walls. I re-did the kitchen and two bathrooms. I also added two carports, one in the front and the other at the back of the house. I now only need the new plans to submit to the municipality for approval of the work already done. The are no extensions of the house itself. I have the current approved plans from the municipality in my possession. I showed the changes on the attachment, see my notes on the bottom of the first page. Thank you.
