For my home. Swimming pool .2 Geyser. 6 aircon 2 friges .4 bedrooms,study double garage. Koi pumps. Fish tanks with heaters ( -+15 tanks) JoJo pump. Full laundry and Kitchen and outdoor lights. At moment using a 10kW genie but can’t pull geysers aircon and four plate stove. So it looks like I need a bigger genie or solar system to run the house. Maybe 20kw solar or bigger. I was unfairly dismissed I'm a restaurant manager The company refuses since start date to give payslips They randomly deducted uif but was never paid No overtime They owe me public holidays A full year of off days they refused to give me or pay out After being dismissed because I asked I had to wait for my leave pay which was only 21 days I never got off so I became sick I needed rest I went to a doctor I provided a doctor's note my boss sent me a Whatsapp messages saying I must no bother coming back to work hr will give me notice immediately They kept trying to build a case against me over a period of time because I started asking for my off days or pay My payslips etc It's a constant victimization swearing etc And I was once threatened in a meeting in the presence of hr and nothing happened they get paid to defend the company Most of the employees at the company are employed illegal without proper papers and documentation This company does everything not by the book so they can benefit I'm not the first to be dismissed like this I do have witnesses that will testify the same thing happened to them or how unfair I was being treated sworn at and victimized I'm not sure how to go about legally with ccma and labor law I lost alot in life due to me now being unemployed it becomes even more of a struggle as I wasnt expecting this
When I see or hear that I have an intruder,the alarm system must go off,or wen someone breaks in the door or windows it must go off or wen someone touches my windows or doors the alarm system must go 🚨.plus a panic button for ,wen I arrive at home & I see a stranger car in my street or close to my house or someone people standing close to my house so tht I can press the button & security comes so tht I can get in the house safely & remove those stranger.
I used a company last week to do patch up work on places where there were cracks and dampness.
