I want an 8 rooms house in the rural area. With a double garage.
Building to join the existing one but not interfere with the current roof design
I would like my double story home to be remodeled in such a way that it has higher ceilings and the kitchen and main bedroom extended with a bigger walk in closet and bigger ensuite bathroom.
The type of project is student accommodation. There is an existing building has 8 units, a communal kitchen and a communal bathroom. The extension should consist of about 44 units including the existing structure. The unit must be singles. We can discuss the sharing and other facilities once you have developed a concept.
