Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
Master room with en-suite and study room
There is a sqm plot that I would like to purchase. I want to build two homes on this plot. Preferably 3 bedrooms each.
working with the already existing house convert it into double story. opening the kitchen to open plan.
To built 5 rooms for rentals. 2 rooms should have shower space. Outside, Garage for tenants including braai place. Thanx.
To build a double storey. Ground floor is living/entertainment area with lots of sun and a fireplace. 1st floor, a bedroom with ensuite plus a gas fire place. Note foundation has already been done

need quotes for internial designe
agent was trying to get the drawing from the municipality but it seems like all was burnt in a fire. So i need a quote to redo the drawings the house is 3 beds 2 baths 2 garages lounge kitchen dining room app sqm. Then i the yard there is a small swimming pool, small lapa, small braai area and a single carport. Will this be enough infor in order to provide a quote. Thanks.
