EG: Fase 1 - building and breaking of the house Fae 2 - Tilling and painting and then decorating We really do need a professional team in order to assist us with this. Design living complex with 4 stand alone/detached units; 3 two bedroom townhouses, open kitchen, lounge that leads to outdoor/patio/braai area and garden, master bedroom ensuite plus small walk in closet and other 2 bedrooms fitted but with a shared bathroom between them, bathroom should contain shower and tub, toilet separate, guest toilet downstairs by lounge. 1 four bedroom townhouse with guest bachelor cottage attached, 2 of the four rooms ensuite with walk in closets the other with normal wardrobes, TV room, lounge, dining room, kitchen with island, Lounge to lead into outdoor/patio/braai area and garden. They should have parking bays or garages. Bedrooms for all these should be big enough to fit king extra length bed and leave space enough for a small couch and desk.
This is a sea-view property we are planning to acquire with the intention to re-model. We are considering both a medium and full-scale remodelling dependent on budget. The house is old and does not make the most of the unobstructed sea and mountain views so we wish to include that and also try and maximise an open-plan design

Please show us a portfolio if possible. We'd like to build a new cottage and garage in Bettys Bay - next and in addition to our existing cottage. It should be a mix of wood glas and stone - the main aim is to create a studio - group room and 1 or two small bedrooms, as well as some kind of glassed in walk way (wide enough to do some creative art or pottery and include a sauna and natural dip pool - connecting the two buildings this would need some onsite discussion ... we have ideas but need someone helping with manifesting it into a proper plan. My mother would like to renovate or rather extend her house, by adding a living room, patio, balcony, extend the bathroom and add a shower, plus add supporting structures to the garage.
