I have a problem with always getting into debts that I don't understand. 1 I bought my son a taxi from RAF money since he was young when he got RAF payout, I installed tracker to the car but the car stopped working within 6 months I called the tracker company since I didn't need it anymore to cancel but they refused and told me about certain cancellation fee I didn't know about from the beginning. They still charging monthly and not my son reinstated both his money and car from me but all the debts are still in my name. There's also SARS claiming money I paid the amount they asked now they say i now owe them settlement fee of R that I don't how it came about because I never ran from them and I complied fairly. I am an unemployed mother 4 and depend on only sassa grant for only 3 of my kids. And again there's Railway furnitures when my grandma passed away she owed them money and I signed on her behalf they expect me to settle her debt too. Please help
Hi, I would like consultation on what options I have during these difficult times of financial difficulties. Ideally I would like to reduce my home loan repayment amount and increase the term on it. But my fear is that won't this put me in a disadvantage for future transactions. Surely in these current times restructuring debts, there are many options available without disadvantaging to poor post COVID 19.
