This paint is a good quality paint but other paint can be used according to clients specifications. 2. Repair of steel structures – gates and carports (This includes removing rust and recoating with Duram NS4 Anti rust paint and repainting final coat. Colour to be confirmed) 3. Gutters on units (This includes putting gutters on the individual units to prevent the water damage to the walls. Gutters will be painted) 4. Tree felling (This includes trimming all overhanging tree branches from tree near main residence and other trees on the property near the units). The residents mentioned that the trees were a problem and they wanted some removed and others trimmed. These are all merely suggestions on exterior upgrades and maintenance to the property. Specific needs were not mentioned and therefore this quote is given on face value and on inspection of the property. At a later stage the driveway and paving can be looked at. 5. I need some maintenance and relatively minor (hopefully) repairs and painting done on my home including; bathroom grout/silicone repair, kitchen cabinet repair (hoping maintenance can be done rather than a remodel) and some painting done due to minor water damage in spots. Various other small things as well.
Is it possible to come out and give us quote for our garden gates with electronic buzzer? I Will send you pictures as example. I have two gates there already but I think the sizing and lock is incorrect so I would rather like to just get new gates. Only I'm not available this week. We can schedule a time for next week to come in and look at the gates spacing and styles.

We are looking to have a 6x6 carport installed. Loose standing. We are unsure of the type but it seems the shade nets are popular in mosselbay and not sure why so a recommendation could be provided. Obviously cost would be an issue and also time to install. Also do we need building plans approved>?

We would like the gate to allow for a standard car to drive through, so roughly 3 metres or more wide, and roughly 2 metres high so that people can't jump over, as we are trying to implement this gate into a courtyard community in Langa, and we are installing an urban farm in the courtyard (however it is currently open to anyone walking past, but we are worried about theft so we thus want to install the gate). We are not fussed about a certain colour,

it ideally needs to shade the car and protect it , from sun rise to sunset . Shade cloth options only offer shade art certain times of the day , not mornings or afternoons .
