How long does an architectural project typically last?

3 Bedroom House + 3 x Single Bedroom Flats Exterior - Walkway and Foundation cracks - assessment needed - Gutters - Leaking connectors and joints - inspect possible ingress of water into soffets - Gutter spouts to be lengthened to at least mm away from walls - Timber carport needs to be assessed - possible repair or replace - Beams and shadecloth in poor condition - facia boards damaged - Perimeter walls have moisture damage and cracks at the construction joins - Weep holes needed - previously poor quality paint was used - one wall has a severe crack in it, could be sue to a palm tree close by, needs to be assessed for repair or replacement. - tiled patio at one flat is cracked and seems to be sagging - this needs assessment Interior: - Louvre window mechanism replacement / repair -flat 1 - ceilings need assesment as there are bulges - also traces of algae - Shower leakage - flat 3 - caused damage to wall and cupboards - Shower door seal - main house - DB board not compliant with regulations - flat 1 - timber windows needs assessment as some are in poor coniditon - timber garage doors need panels replaced or repaired
