We live in an older house. Our washing machine is working quite well, but we need someone to come out and check because our washing sometimes comes out with yellow-ish or orange stains. This also happens in the sink as well and because it is several spots in the house - I think it could be a problem with our pipes. They could be rusted.

Our roof is leaking, we need someone to inspect the interior of our roof and wall cavities, via the trapdoors and seal any problem areas. We also need someone to get onto the primary roof of our double story home to inspect the exterior of the corrugated roofing and gutters to seal any problem areas (not the whole roof just a specific area connecting with our kitchen). Long ladders will be required as the primary roof is quite high (see example attached). There is a small connecting kitchen roof where someone can get easier access to the rest of the roof. I do have specifics I can share to make the job go more efficiently. Just give me a reasonable quote for the inspection.
The house was built a few years ago, the roof is currently a metal sheeting but I’d like to replace it now since there’s a lot of leaks or if possible patch up those leaks because I also want to put in a sealing board asap…I’d like to replace it with either tiles or the metal sheeting again, or just fix up the current metal sheeting depending on what’s cheaper
We currently have a tiled terrace, underneath is a room. Every year we have to seal the ceiling in this room as humidity comes through the grouting as it gets more and more brittle. We look now for a long term solution. So we would like to remove the tiles and put concrete on (either by you or by our handyman) and then waterproof it, then we would like to put decking on. There is as well the area around the pool (also with tiles) which should be waterproofed (it is next to the terrace). We would like you to give us a quote on that please as soon as possible. I am currently in the UK but available on Whatsapp, Whatsapp call and email. Persistent leak when it rains, under certain conditions. Many people have tried to fix it and failed. The source of the rain leak has not been found. Water is running along the plastic sheet under the tiles, and then drips down through a hole where the chimney/flu is. The source is NOT the chimney seal on the top of the roof.

owns a building in Lichtenburg with 3 bathrooms. Each bathroom has its own toilet and the male bathroom has a urinal as well. There is a nauseating smell coming from the male bathroom. The adjacent offices as well as the boardroom is severely affected by this. The toilets are also not flushing away all the toilet paper. We had a local plumber visiting the premises and his opinion is that we will have to replace all toilets as well as the urinal as the pipes and connections are too old and worn out. The scope of work is of simple and straightforward nature: 1. Outside tap is leaking between the copper pipe and the sealing nut. 2. Kitchen tap is also leaking, see attached photos for a better view 3. Main bedroom toilet, when you flush it sometimes water runs non-stop sometimes the operation works perfectly. I am looking at creating and outdoor patio, approximately 20 squared meters, I will lay the slab and the construction for the roof will need support in the front (Pillars or Steel) but will be against a 5 Meter boundary wall as support on the back, this is urgent i am just looking at costing at the moment.
