How much does an architect cost in South Africa?
The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) publishes "standard rates" based on a price per square meter when using a building cost of R12 500 per m².
The plan should be three bedroom house. It should have a four bathrooms, with room each having its bathroom. The should be a laundry room, sitting room with a build in fire place, dining room and a kitchen (with a stove, dishwasher and stove sitting. A single double garage, outside small kitchen that can fit a coal stove.
Preferably I Want to add a mini flat let above my house
I have a good idea of what I want my kitchen to look like, just need my ideas processed and fine tuned by a professional and put in to technical drawings for contractor. Recommendations on materials would also be useful
