How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
I have 4 smart tuya circuit breakers/timers that I need installed. The first will be used to monitor power usage of the entire house, the second will replace a geyser timer. The third to replace a pool timer and the 4th is to be used as a timer for the pool light. They are all tuya smart breakers and are supplied. The pool light is currently V i would also like it to be switched to 12V (I do not have a transformer).

I’m looking to replace the carpets in three bedrooms. I’m considering options like tiles, vinyl, epoxy, or laminate flooring. basically something durable and cost-effective. Will Include. Removing the current carpets Replacing the skirting boards Could you share some recommendations and give me an idea of the costs? I’d also appreciate your advice on what might work best for bedrooms. We have a temporary construction gate at our development in Glen Marais. The Body Corporate has raised concerns about the temporary construction gate currently in place. Years of borehole water has sludge build up and the pipe need to be replaced. The pumphouse is situated between portions 28 and 29. The pipe will need to follow the length of the road to the cul de sac and circle back on the opposite side. Two pipes to be laid. One in use now and the other to be used once the estate has potable water.
