I would like to add a double garage to my house with a entrance to the house through to the open plan living room and kitchen. Then on top of the garage in want to add a single bedroom flat with its own entry. The flat must have a small kitchen and living area and separate bedroom. Bath room with shower basin and toilet.

I need wiring for a entire house. A double storie house with 2 bedroom at the top, 2 bed rooms bottom, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining and lounge. A patio at top and bottom. And a double garage. Kitchen 2 plugs, center table with stove, a plug point require d on the table and walls. Garage DB box and 1 plug, lounge 2 plugs, dining 1 plug, main bedroom 2 plugs, other bedrooms 1 plug, top patio 1 plug. Switches all rooms and patio to the top structure.
Redo floors (open plan living and dining, hallways, kitchen) and looking to revamp kitchen if possible. Floors currently low quality laminate. There is a covered courtyard between kitchen and garages that could be used to expand kitchen if necessary/possible, alternatively could be turned into scullery/washing room. I need a roofing specialist for a project. New building in a residential complex in Pretoria. The plans are already approved and the project registered with nhbrc. The roof includes both pitched corrugated sheets and flat concrete slab. I need quotations for service providers regarding the above. Total roof sqm, pitched sqm and concretesqm
We have some garages with small pinhole pricks that need touching up. Sadly, the body corporate doesn't have the funds to replace all of them right now, so we will need to prioritise the highest needs first.
Three room house, two spacious bedrooms on both ends of the house in the middle will be open plan kitchen and sitting room, the bedroom with both have en-suit bathrooms with shower and baths. the structure will be mainly plastered wall and some face brick wall. The layout of the house will be like three rooms each with three gable roofs.
11m x 7m. 3 car garage.. The walls are built already to roof height. There are 3 x single garage door openings already.. I would prefer the roof to have steel trusses to wood trusses. I do not want a ceiling .however I would Ike Sisalation covering underneath the roof 1st choice covering is Chromadek 0.5 mm IBR Second choice is Harvey tiles.
