The land is undeveloped due to is situated in an ingonyama trust in kzn around Empangeni, therefore it would not nercessary require approval from the local Municipality, I have a copy of land survey, I commission this through independent surveyor, part of the desired plan must a 1st floor and ground floor. I need someone who can help me choose suitable wall decorations, lighting and furniture colours that complement one another. I want the consultant to consider what is available in the house and help me choose colours of what is missing, as well as help by suggesting wall decor. We built our own house about 5 years ago but never finished the entrance/upstairs living area in terms of design and finishes. It has basically remained an open unfinished space since we moved in. We are now at the point whereby we would like to make use of the area but due to shape/size we are at a bit of a loss at how best to utilize the space. Hence the reason I am contacting you. Plans for solar panels, rain water harvesting and noise reduction in area exposed to heavy traffic. Length of traffic exposure =50metres. Require advert board like steel structures and membrane to reduce noise while water harvesting into tanks will also carry solar panels for off grid electricity supply
Good day. We are planning to move into a house, but the thatched roof is leaking. I can see the black underlayer, as it is sticking out. It seems as if there is no underlayer, or if the wiring got loose. The area, according to me, which need to be fixed is about 2x2 meters. Kindly send me a quote on a worst case scenario. Thank you! I have the black slated tiles on my roof and with time and winds they have been moving slightly everytime the rains and winds come and go.
