We have a roof that was not build correctly which is caving in and leaking during heavy rains. Some places on my roof leaks when raining. One of my bathrooms has a flat roof and there is no exit from the ceiling. Need advice on a tight budget. Roughly m² of thatch roof in bad condition recently bought house thatch never maintained.
