Hello I am at the very early stages on sourcing a building quote for a new home. We are planning to buy land and then build on it. The property will be in the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town. The piece of land is - sqaure meters which we are looking at. The house would at least: 4 bedrooms, double garage, swimming pool, scullery, laundry, perimeter wall and i would think in the region of to sqm but i have not idea on what this would get one. The catch is we are looking to build it in a way that we would could build - squares and then complete the rest later on if that makes sense. If you could provide some indicative ball park quotes that would be great so we can start planning as well as other costs we should keep in mind. Thanks!

we wish to put a sliding door between our open living area and our single garage. The garage is not used for a motor vehicle, it is currently used as a study. It has a ceiling and has been tiled. Obviously the garage is attached to our unit but currently we have to exit our property in order to get to the garage

I would to do an extension in the means of an extra room to my house. The room will be situated on the second floor. Approximately 14 square meter(3.5m x 4m). In the photo attached, I was thinking to extend between the aircon unit you see on the left hand side and the main entrance skylight structure on the right hand side towards the road
A double storey house. Lots of glass basically should be a glass house. Ground floor should be an open plan leaving room, dinning room and kitchen. With a huge porch. 3 bedrooms all with a toilet and a shower. Bathroom for visitor. Upper area. Open loud area. Two bedrooms with bathrooms. The main bedroom should be bigger with a big bathroom bathtub and a huge shower. A walking closet. With all the upper area Id love the lounge to have a big balcony, both bedrooms as well no windows but sliding doors. And a double garage

2 bedroom( one main en suite bedroom and the other be a study room/ WFH office but that can accommodate a bed too). I desire an open plan kitchen and lounge. I also would like the lounge area to be open plan in the sense that it leads outside where another “lounge “ or entertaining. Area can be situated outside (veranda).a sliding door that can be opened in the summer making it easier to enter the lounge where the guests have immediate access to kitchen and lounge .I have attached a few pics demonstrating this. A swimming pool is also desired but that can be done way later. The house will be built in a village. There must be a borehole and a sewerage system as there are none in the villages so factor this in. I’m not Rich but I want a beautiful place I can call home.
