I want to add a main bedroom with a walk in closet and bathroom on top of our current main bedroom and guest bedroom but in a wendy/logg home type of build to make the building costs as well as building period less. I already know what I want and I have a design I did myself I want to know how much it would cost to make the nessasery changes on the plans and to get everything signed off and approved.

I am a medical doctor and I want to start a private practice. I found a place to rent which is only 1 room, it is 21 square meters in size. it has its own sink and toilet. what I want is for the room to be divided into 2, so that we can have one office and a small reception area for the secretary. I would also like the furniture like the reception desk and a bit of decor in the reception area. then in my office, I would like the table, chair and cupboards for item storage. outside the rental space, I would like a patio, with artificial grass on the floor. the patio will cover an area of about 20 square meters. It will have a glass enclosure with curtains. the patio area will be used as a waiting area for my clients.
