Then we looking at doing the bathroom(shower, toilet, basin) we looking at laying a floor either in screed or tiling. Electrical and plumbing to be checked and redone. Plaster and screening the walls aswell. Sliding doors and 2x doors and stacking window.

There should be a kitchen, lounge, dining room, study room, a normal pool, to which the house should have walls enclosing it. We are looking to acquire a property that we would like to remodel. Before making an offer on the house, we would like to get a rough understanding of what the project would cost. The project should then start immediately after the title of the house has been transferred. Besides modernizing the interior (more open plan living layouts, new floors, new bathrooms (5) and new kitchens (2)) we also want to build a pool and paint the house a different color, potentially changing the look of the brick house by plastering the outside.
