I am looking at costing for additions/alterations to my existing house. The additions should be approximately 70sqm. I need a 4th bedroom added and my main bedroom extended. This is an Old Town House. I need to add more cupboards and in order to do so need the bedroom extended by 0.5 meters extended for the addition of cupboards.
