I would like to extend a 7 meter room onto my flat
I currently live in a two bedroom two garage home in Heuweloord Ext 3 on a 1 hector land. I wish to remodel and extend the house to a four bedroom double story home. The downstairs should have a kitchen, sitting room and a dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom that should be used as a dual laundry room. The upper floor should have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. the main bedroom should have an en-suit and a walk in closet. The two other bedrooms should have the Jack and Jill bathroom style. I also need a study and a spacious balcony overlooking the N14 highway.
