Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa in 2025?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.

Approved plans I bought the property but some of the rooms are broken , every room has a bathroom ..and there is a kitchen and lounge ...I want the pool area to be a lounge ..I would also like a walk in closest.

Developing apartments in centurion on land that's approximately 9 ha. The whole land will however not consist of apartments as it will be divided into 3 sections (3 estates). The architect will be responsible for overseeing the whole project and to take sure everything is of standard and meets the regulations. They will also need to sketch the building structure.
