Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
Looking at updating my current house plans. I had extended the house but did not update the plans.
I want someone to draw me a plan I already have an idea of a house. 4 bedrooms, lounge, dinning room, kitchen. family room,scullery, pentry, storage room. 3 bathrooms+ 1 en suit in master bedroom.Double storey house with 2 garages.Would also like a Covered patio and driveway.
I am looking to remodel my entire house. I would like to change the rooms inside to have an ensuite, I want to change the kitchen to a different space and divide the rooms to be a granny flat. The granny flat is going to be attached to the house it's not going to be a separate building, I would also like a workshop but please advise on which area inside my house I can plan to have it.
Looking to extend my house in Goodwood and knocking down internal walls to improve layout. Also require boundary wall and paving to be constructed. Currently have a 3 bedroom house, there's a lot of open space in the yard and the garage is separate.
