I hope you’re well. I’m currently in the early planning stages of opening a boutique women’s gym and am looking to get a rough cost estimate for a potential fit-out. The space would be approximately –m² and include a strength training area, small studio, reception, compact change rooms with showers, and a small enclosed kids area. At this stage I’m just looking for a ballpark cost per m² or overall estimate to assist with initial budgeting. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much,

My Australian style house is about 32 km outside Thabazimbi in the Waterberge and need urgent reparations. The fibreglass panels are getting loose at the joints. It seems as if the compressed wooden boards under beneath the fibreglass panels did get wet and swell and push the panels away from each other.A small area inside next to the window showed water damage. The fibreglass panel which seal the wooden board of one of the windows was also missing. Opening of fibreglass panels, replacing of wooden boards, flashing and reassembling of panels outside and repairing water damage inside is required
I live on the second floor and my apartment got flooded. The water leaked to my downstairs neighbor, it was dripping onto her plug with her cellphone charger attached. The electricity as a result got cut off. Not sure if its just a wiring issue for the whole apartment or just the plugs. Please WhatsApp me with a quote.
1. Electrical (Downstairs Bedrooms): Plugs in both rooms are faulty. In one room, a plug becomes extremely hot and trips the power; in the second room, no plugs are working. 2. Electrical (Stairway): Turning on the stairway lights causes the power to cut out immediately. 3. Garage Door: The door is sticking frequently. It is unclear if this is related to the battery or the motor. 4. Driveway: The driveway surface appears to be sinking. 5. Drainage pipe for the jacuzzi is leaking 6. Stove/Oven: The oven unit feels loose and unstable when the door is opened. Additionally, water drips into the front of the oven during use. The stove plates also take 5–10 minutes to begin heating.
I have removed a corner bath and need a walk in shower built in its place Scope of work: 1. Fix up existing floor slab, which had a leak (which was fixed) but is dug up a bit. 2. Construct and waterproof walk in shower. 3. Fix up waste water piping 4. Install new detachable shower head 5. Install rail for shower curtain. 3. Remove all existing tiles in bathroom, taking basin, toilet, cabinet etc. into account 4. Replace all tiles with ones specified. I am prepared to go with a labour-only quote (and will procure the materials myself) but am NOT prepared to pay any sort of 75% upfront deposit (or any deposit, actually).

Good day, I trust that you are well. I would like assistance with renovating two bathrooms. One is small and the other a bit bigger. I’m not sure now the square meters are calculated but if I can use the tiles since they’re standard tiles, I’d say that one is about m^2 and the other m^2. They both have bathtub, shower and toilet. I’d like to keep it that way with a different look which can also make the bathroom look more spacious and peaceful. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Sincerely,
