He was friendly and responsive at the beginning and was willing to start the work quickly.

Although the initial experience was positive, the situation changed once work started. Several agreed return dates were missed, the work remains incomplete, and communication became inconsistent. After confirming he would return, he did not arrive. Despite paying thousands of rands, the project is still unfinished.
