Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.

A braai room at the side of an existing house with french doors to garden. Entrance door from kitchen and sliding doors of the bedroom. Flat roof with extension to create cover between braai room wall and house wall. Windows on the side of house cant are built over. Size approx 8m x 4m. Moving into house mid-Feb.

Hi we are hoping to get a new painting,white specifically with white tiling, our kitchen is small and outdated so just want to get rid of everything in there. From there just wow us with the rest of the work. We need a new look in the house. The area that needs to be painted is about x looking at the plan , that is 3 rooms, 3mx3rooms.
