Roof has borers.Single beam, exposed timber roof. Need to replace roof. Inside the house I want to increase the size of the kitchen by 1 m in length. Want to change the sunken garage into the dining room? Outside the house Extend back of the house about 8 m in length by width 1 m... Then extend one side of the house by 1m and the length of that side is 12 m. Extend the front of the house by 3 m... the length of the front is about 8 m. Thank you. God bless. Hi, I am considering buying a property in Rondevlei. It is a piece of land with an old farmhouse on it. I need your expertise to assess the house to see what we can do with it. I need more space either by building out or up into an attic. I dont know what the laws are, hence i need your advice. I live in an existing townhouse of m2. There was an open area under the house which I enclosed to yield a store room and an all-purpose room, additional living space obtained about 35m2. I now need someone to draw up plans and submit them to council and to have these plans approved and invite quotes for this work.
