Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.

The house should be two story house. Atleast with 4 to 5 bedrooms. I would like tascan roofing, porch and balcony. I have square meter, piece of land. I have municipal plan but I want to make some alterations. This plan is the two story house plan. I would like to add 3 more bedrooms on 2nd floor and a balcony on the lounge which must be over the garage. Attached please find the examples on how more less I would like the house to look like.
