Property is 16 years old. I renovated kitchen and living ares . I'd like to update the look and feel ie paint, reptile, change and upgrade en suite bathroom at a minimum. I'd also like ideas for improving BIC in bedroom. Improve lighting. There is a good chance I'll rent out the place and would like to ensure I get the highest rental poddobke-aiming at a professional couple. 3 bed 2 bathroom.

We recently bought a house off plan (lion pride lifestyle estate), project expected finish date is March/April . Fairly modern finishes but require interior designer to assist complete the look from furniture requirements, curtains color coordination and the likes. I'm very clueless on this and my wife and I would appreciate the help. Thanks!
