Good day, I’m looking for a quote to remodel two bathrooms, where I want to install a new bathtub, double vanity and toilet and other accessories. In the main bathroom, I would like to extend the bathroom by demolishing the staff quarter in the back about 3 x 2 m. I don’t have the building plans as yet.
I have just moved into a beautiful 4 bedroom house in Fourways. I had a lady come in to do the vastu on my place. She has given me a list of what I need to do to create good energy in the home ie where things need to be placed etc.i would ideally like assistance with my living room, dinning room, kitchen, entrance hall and main bedroom. I need help with the correct furniture to buy, placement of furniture colors etc.
Ground floor: an entrance patio that leads to the kitchen and a formal lounge that has a patio, then there’s a passage and when you enter the passage on the right there are stairs and next to the stairs there’s a bathroom and on the left there’s a dining room, going down the passage there’s bedroom 1 and 2, and at the end of the passage there’s a master bedroom with an en-suite and a patio, next to it there’s a garage. First floor: going up the stairs on you’ll end up on a passage facing bedroom 3, on the right of bedroom 3 there’s a pyjama lounge with a balcony, on the left of bedroom 3 there’s bedroom 4, opposite bedroom 4 there’s the study and between the study and the stairs there’s a bathroom. Down the passage, there’s a master bedroom with a master en-suite and between them, there’s a walk-in closet. This is my ideal house. I need a professional to execute it for me. Thank you

Hi there I'm looking to replace my traditional windows in two rooms in our home with double glazed. I'm based in Radiokop, Jo'burg. The dimms are: cm (w) x cm (h) INSIDE of that are three smaller windows: Left - 46cm (w) x Centre - 54cm (w) Right - 46cm (w) Obviously those could be replaced by whatever is the best option in your opinion, but would still need to have some opening windows there. The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony. 1. Kitchen Kitchen recently gutted and DIY fixes put in place. We are now looking at changing countertops and the cabinet to be much more user friendly. We prefer draws to cuboards for below counter. The floor to ceilng pantry cupboard needs to be replaced with a counter top with under-counter draws. We are hoping to keep exising cabinetry, but adapt the cuboards to draws. The above counter cabinets require new cupboard doors. We a have a blue (undercounter) and Whte above counter design. Window treatment must include a frame and window sill. Back door to be replaced with alluminium new sink. All plumbing works are complete. 2.Bathroom ( Main) We recently renovated our en-suite and would like to create the same design in the main bathroom, whihc is currently tiled floor to ceiling. only seeking new tiles up to half the wall ( white subway) - new Toilet, new sink and floating cabinet to replace existing items. 3.Patio / Fire Pit / Deck Require compbination of non-slip tile and maintenace -free decking. Retainer wall for splash pool to be retiled Patio area requires new IBR sheets and a ceiling installed. Patio adjacent requires small pergola Fireplace on patio requires some TLC (waterproofing / Cracks filled) and a fitted braai into the exising structure Fire Pit requires some adjustment to the cement seating as well as tiling / appropriate floor finish Patio requires roller blinds for wind protection 4. Side laps at 75mm and end laps at mm sealed together by torch on fusion. Vertical and horizontal turns should be fused to the primed surfaces; angles; outlets fillets and flat edges. All as recommended by DERBIGUM (m2) 3)Two coats of co polymer or bituminous aluminium paint (m2)
