What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.

We would like to build a small farmhouse in Mcgregor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area and a large outside patio. Ideally, we would like to build same in such a way that future renovation and/or extension thereof will be simple. The property (m2) is marked with a star on the attached diagram.
