We're interested in buying a house that is in the area we want but is too small. Our idea is to extend from the existing braai room to create the space for a larger living room and dining room and for the kitchen to then extend out into part of the existing living room. We would also need to add a study which we think could be built behind the garage and provide direct access from the home to the garage. We would also need a pool. Overall the extension would probably be around 30m2.
I need a plan for a house including a Cinder block fence around it. My plot is on a slope, so I need some sort of a feature along the fence for heavy rain water to be redirected away from the fence.
