I have a shack that I would like you to fix in Durban, KwaMashu. The shack is leaning on one side and I would like you to straighten it. I would also like you to change the roof and install new sheets of corrugated iron (7 sheets), a burglar gate on the door and on the small window. I request you to take the old sheets of corrugated iron with you. Some planks are falling off, please hammer them back into place and male the whole shack straight and stable with no holes. We are not rebuilding it, rather fixing it. The process should therefore take a couple of hours.

Here is the work that needs to be done: A) 8 older garages - Exteriors need to be sanded, primed (2 layers), and painted white (2 layers). Interiors need to be oiled (silkwood/linseed). B) 1 brand new, unpainted garage - Exterior needs to be primed (2 layers), and painted white (2 layers). Interior doesn't need oiling (was just done). C) 1 recently painted garage - Exterior needs 1 layer paint (to match other whites), but no sanding/priming needed. Interior needs to be oiled (silkwood oil provided by owner). See photos of some of the garages for reference. We'd like a quote for labor, paint, and oil.
