Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
Its a double storey house. I want to put second floor on top of the garage and make other extensions around the house

I am aiming for a Nutec build preferably but will consider brick build. I want to build on one particular part of the property. It is my daughter's property. I am quite clueless with regards to what will be best regarding style, materials etc. so I do require quite a bit of advice from an architect.
