To include fans for air in and an extractor for air out. Architect would have to provide plans to the municipality and get necessary approvals from the municipality. Need this done in the shortest time possible.

I have a property which is in the suburbs of Noordheuwel, the property is sqm and is on the edge of a rocky hill. The land is quite undulating and defends rapidly towards the front of the property(view side)but has a great view of the valley below.
