I would like to get a quote for a house plan to be drawn, it has to be a 3 bedroom, master bedroom with an en-suite, an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room one bathroom sliding door in the master bedroom backside. We want to add a small bedroom and bathroom (shower, toilet and sink only) to the side of our house. The wall that will be shared between the extension and the old building will need a door. New bedroom will need a std window and sliding door. Small window for bathroom. One electric plug point in the bedroom. Bedroom size 6m X 2.5m. Bathroom size 2m X 2.5m. The roof will just need to be extended further to cover the new extension. 1 light fixture for each room. Where the new extension needs to be built there is currently a garden slope that needs to be cut away and a 15m retaining wall built. Can you please estimate the costs involved from plans, submission, materials, electrics, plumbing, plastering, etc. No painting or BIC cupboards required.

We are first time home owners and need to get quotes to build our house. The ERF is in Village on sea (Estate in Mossel Bay). We would like the house to have an industrial finish inside with 50% of the walls plastered and painted,25% just plastered and sealed and the other 25% exposed brick(Bagging). The doors and windows we would like to be Charcoal Aluminum. Wooden Front door and White doors inside. The outside we would like to be plastered and painted and the natural stone work indicated on the plan we would like to be just exposed brick. The roof needs to have gutters to comply with the estates rules.
We have a current patio area but it is not ideal for a proper patio set and braai. We would like a complete patio with a built in braai section. We need a basin and storage space for wood ect. The patio will be divided in 2 areas; a patio set area to seat 6-8 people and then the braai area which can accommodate 4-6 people. The roof needs to be closed with a wooden finish. We want to build a house that is a double story due to space confinement.
