SCOPE OF WORK To design a new house, plus minus m2 / m2 total floor area, with the following accommodation schedule: • 1x Main bedroom with En-Suite and dresser. • 1x Bedroom with En-Suite. • 1x Study that eventually could be used as a 3rd bedroom - guest toilet included with separate access. • Open plan Living area that opens up onto a big covered patio area for outdoor living. • Kitchen area with separate scullery. • Double garage with additional storage area camping equipment.
It's the girls bedroom ages 5 and 6. The room is as big as a double garage.
We are manufacturing biodiesel so we need something that will accommodate our IBS tanks
The entire house is sqm and we are expanding the kitchen, cottage and an atrium which will make the under rood around sqm. We're also inserting two new windows as well in an existing wall.
