How to get building plan approval in South Africa?
What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
I need an architect to come out and assess the space etc and if it's going to compromise the estate boundary walls on some units as I have five swimming pools to build in the estate for five different stand-alone double storey units and need to start sooner than a month from now
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, open floor plan (lounge/sitting, kitchen and dining), double garage and office room.

We need a kitchen extension out the back of our house as well as a bedroom extension out the side of our house. There is also a possibility of adding a bathroom on suite to the extended bedroom depending on cost. There is an existing outside wall that will need to be broken down in order to build the bedroom extension. Kitchen : extend out by 2m.
