I had a great experience with the roof repair service! The team's professionalism was top-notch, and they really knew what they were doing. My roof looks solid now, and I can feel safe with the work done. Only downside was the wait time, could've been a bit quicker. But overall, highly recommend their reliable roofing solutions!

I'd like to lodge a complaint against Phuthuma4 Construction. Their work is reflecting poor workmanship. With lots of cracks and as a result, they are back at my house for the second time, Causing a lot of inconvenience for me and my family. They have also made me buy lots of sand, which they said they will buy from me for R1500. Now they are demanding cement for me for doing a poor job.They were supposed to come fix the issue last week already Saturday as agreed, however, they chose not to show up and did not even bother to communicate with me. I had to look for them causing yet another inconvenience.

Willingness to correct errors and availability.

Plumbing work which delayed tiling work. Changing of plumbers. Mistakes on their work costing extra expenditure because of breaking and redoing the work I had to replace tiles that had to be removed because of incorrect measurements.
