Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.
I already have an idea, would like the architect to build from this idea and add 4 extra rooms to the plan on hand
to build a double story, an add-on.
We would like to build a single bedroom studio on top of our double garage.
