I want to have a small (80-m2) single story, 2 bedroom house designed and built in Green Pastures Knysna and I need an architect to draw house plans for me. I would also like to view some previous projects and work that the architect has done if possible. My budget is restricted so It is imperative to stay within the size range indicated.
I would like to remove the bath and install a walk in show. Replace basin and toilet and retile the floor and walls. Install a vanity and towel rail. Window needs to be reduced and new windows installed. I already have the tiles needed. You can call or email me. I am quite busy and not always able to answer calls.
Existing plan , building not completely finished. Foundation on outside carry walls done and built. Want to know if I have to draw up a new plan for changing inside area with drywall or bricks and its not a carrying wall. Not yet built. Also want to know if you are allowed to change the inside even if nothing is build as yet except the windows and doors?
I would like to close a veranda that leads out of my main bedroom so that it form part of the main bedroom, At this stage its unused area and would like to incorporate it as part of My main Bedroom. We are looking to design our new office building. We are a tech business and wanted something trendy but practical to build. This will be a Ground + 2 building totalling approximately 1, Sq meters of office space. We have a single story building on the premises but will likely demolish this building as it's old and we are not sure of its structual integrity.
We are looking at renovating our stoep area - 8m x 8m. We’d like to change the roof from a flat to pitched exposed structure and tie it in to our existing house roof structure. Also, we’d like to add 2x 3-panel sliding doors , built in braai, re-tiling the area.. is this something you could assist with? Also assist in helping with the council plans for it?

We have plans of the house - 1. wish to convert a large tile roof carport into a pool room. 2. Wish to install a pool 3. Minor internal changes 4. External staircase to link main house to the pool area We need design and then plans to submit on about a 90sqmt extension / conversion of existing car-port.
