Just to design furniture layout
We need to build a morden 5 Bedroom house with four garages in a village
Double storey, spiral staircases, big open plan kitchen, scullery, living area and dining room on the ground floor with a room to use for either a study or sleeping room with a bathroom for the ground floor use. We are looking for a very basic plan to build a family home in the bush. Main house plus 3 cottages plus storeroom. Price matters a lot to us. We are not wealthy, We are clubbing together as a family. We would like to manage the project ourselves, but need a proper plan to get approved by the Estate Home owners association, prior to commencement. Total size not exceeding m2. Including main dwelling and cottages. (Budget constraints). Cottages may not have kitchenettes. (Estate rules) Must all be single story. (Estate rules). We pay a % building levy to the estate, per square m, (hence strict per square m guideline). Must have thatch or Harvey tile roof. (Estate rules). (we want Harvey tile). Price matters.
