Looking to extend my house in Goodwood and knocking down internal walls to improve layout. Also require boundary wall and paving to be constructed. Currently have a 3 bedroom house, there's a lot of open space in the yard and the garage is separate. I would like to add a carport and add a top storey on top of the carport and turn the current rooms to make the kitchen bigger and lounge area.
