We are building a community Conference/ceremony hall with with a medium sized pond and lawn for outside seating area. Associated with the conference building is a double story accommodation housing of 25 rooms in top and bottom floors totalling 50 rooms. With an outside parking lot fitting at least 20 cars.

I am enquiring regarding a plan of the property as the city of cape town do not have an existing plan in their archives of this property. I need a plan to be made from scratch as I need to make some extentions on this property. Thanks
