Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
I currently have a 2 bedroom house, with a pantry, dining room and a garage. I would like to make an extension above the garage. I would like to extend it to 1 bedroom with an en-suite.
