Hi, I’m looking to build a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with an open plan kitchen / living area and veranda along the front. Area approx -m2. We are looking at possibly choosing a timber home option. The plans below had slightly different sizes. We would have an extra 1m along the back wall and the 3rd bedroom will be larger whilst the 4th is smaller (study) to accommodate. Thank you.

Remodel Backroom, currently it is a one room which we use as a store room and would like to add one room (bedroom),toilet and a shower. Replace the current window with a garage door, open a new window(garage window). On the new room I would to have 1 bathroom window at the back and two 1.5 windows and a door.
