Space to be make place for 2 bedroom an study are for teenage boy and teenage girl, with cuboards Bathroom doorway to change to another room Main bedroom an living room to be seperated
The plan should be three bedroom house. It should have a four bathrooms, with room each having its bathroom. The should be a laundry room, sitting room with a build in fire place, dining room and a kitchen (with a stove, dishwasher and stove sitting. A single double garage, outside small kitchen that can fit a coal stove.
Evaporative cooling system Inverter and solar system
Not sure of square metres, we need plan for 2 bedroom extension.
Preferably I Want to add a mini flat let above my house
I have a good idea of what I want my kitchen to look like, just need my ideas processed and fine tuned by a professional and put in to technical drawings for contractor. Recommendations on materials would also be useful
