I have plans for a new house and needs extension after completion
Good day, I am interested in buying a plot, yet need to know what my spend will be for a 2 bed 2 bathroom on suite, large open please lounge kitchen dinning room office space, possibly double garage/carport and possibly 25x2.m salt pool - off the grid options available and preferred... Within guidelines of a development.
We built our own house about 5 years ago but never finished the entrance/upstairs living area in terms of design and finishes. It has basically remained an open unfinished space since we moved in. We are now at the point whereby we would like to make use of the area but due to shape/size we are at a bit of a loss at how best to utilize the space. Hence the reason I am contacting you. Ideally I would like somebody to come in and construct some suggestions for review before proceeding to complete finish of project ranging from painting and wallpapering to installation of furnishings such as rugs, sofas, plants etc.

I want to build a bedroom on top of my garage. The room must have one bathroom with a toilet, basin and a shower. The added room must walk onto a deck that can also cover a car. I have included a picture of my house(the blue one). I will add additional pictures to give you an idea of what I want.
