How to get building plan approval in South Africa?
What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
Build a house, preferably a double storey with 4 bedrooms, main bedroom with his and hers closets, three bathrooms, two bedrooms share Jack and Jill bathroom, open plan kitchen lounge and dining rooms, scalery, tv/play room, double garage, two joined cottages at the back of the house, man cave, playground, garden and hot tub. 40 by 40 meters plot size
I've already done the extension. The builder included drawings in he's quote. He's gone and I have no drawings.
2-double story, 4 bedroom, guest-room.

I need a remodel in my home a fencing with boundary wall and electric fence and i also need finishing.I wish all this project can take up to two to three weeks.
