I hope you are doing well. I wanted to reach out to share some personal challenges I am currently facing regarding my situation with my child's father. As you may know, I have a child with an individual who has been incredibly unsupportive since the beginning of the pregnancy. He continues to deny that the baby, who is now over 15 months old, is his. The experience has been quite difficult for me, especially since my baby was born prematurely. The emotional turmoil has been compounded by the constant verbal abuse I have endured from him. Despite everything, I remain hopeful, as we are currently awaiting the results of a DNA test to clarify the paternity. I am in the process of making a property purchase, that is very straight forward. The Estate agency appointed conveyancers to do the transfer, I asked them for a discount on the fees, as I have received a discount on the bond registration fees, I felt it was reasonable to ask. I was told this is usually only done for recurring clients. I would like to find out if this is true and if not, could I get quotes to potentially then switch the conveyancers.
I want to be advice ,later on be represented if necessary , I was unfairly dismissed in June on the 20 .I received my wages on the 25 of June with a short basic For an amount of +- R In July I didn't receive anything . I registered a case at ccma We were given a date for conciliation on the 1st of August ,no offer was made by the employer, I was advised by The commissioner to go for arbitration,I was awarded certificate of dispute referred to conciliation ,I have all the evidence to prove my Reasoning of the sanction taken by my employer I just need credibility of an attorney ,union official is showing no interest & guidance I still believe I have a strong case ,I'm willing to pay Monthly installments for your services
The debt counselor didnt oay my creditors for 6 months and missed 36 payments i had to sell my vechicle to pay those missed payments and settle them I didnt have enough funds to close all of them Im left with 2 accounts to settle got my self of debt review and ive been diong very until 25th July my bank account got hacked half my salary was taken out didnt have enough money to pay my debt so I took out small loans to that cos the bank wasn't helpful at all and I didnt want to do that I had no choice or im back in arrears cos my end goal is to apply for vechicle finance so I can get a vechicle again almost lost my job over this to if there is someone out there that can assit me of achieving my goal I'll be greatful. Banks doesn't help much at all cos you have to qualify for everything aggrevstes me
Due to personal financial issues I accumulated various payday loans to resolve the issue because I did not want a long term contract however now I have a few payday loans all 6montha and unable to make all the repayments. Is it possible to settle all my payday loans for me to have 1 repayment. Total repayment for all payday loans is currently more than R month.
I have a problem with always getting into debts that I don't understand. 1 I bought my son a taxi from RAF money since he was young when he got RAF payout, I installed tracker to the car but the car stopped working within 6 months I called the tracker company since I didn't need it anymore to cancel but they refused and told me about certain cancellation fee I didn't know about from the beginning. They still charging monthly and not my son reinstated both his money and car from me but all the debts are still in my name. There's also SARS claiming money I paid the amount they asked now they say i now owe them settlement fee of R that I don't how it came about because I never ran from them and I complied fairly. I am an unemployed mother 4 and depend on only sassa grant for only 3 of my kids. And again there's Railway furnitures when my grandma passed away she owed them money and I signed on her behalf they expect me to settle her debt too. Please help

Yes that I didn't not commit the case and that was revealed after I was found guilty and being sentenced. I already did leave to appeal for sentencing and judgement and both were granted by the high court but I was sentenced by regional court. I already have a appeal Case number what is left to be done now is to file heads of argument and get the date for hearing or seating I have an attorney but he doesn't attend to my matter he's dragging it hopefully I would get help I got an order last year 14 May till now my head's of argument are not prepared. That's the reason I need help from somewhere else probably I will get that help. Thank you.
I need to get a urgent spoilation order as my car that my mother was using is at my step fathers house and neither him or my half brothers/sister wanna give me my car back, I have been there with the police and they refused, so I was advised that I should get a urgent spoilation order, I also can't go there alone as he pointed a gun against my hard and cocked it, my 9 year old son was with which was not cool, he then went and got a protection order after he assaulted me and pointed a gun at me promising to shoot me if I should go to his house again, so I was not able to visit my dying mother for her last which was around 2 months, I have a set of keys, the original car papers even a copy of the change of ownership forms I tool a photo of before handing them in when I did the change of ownership
