I have 2 wall sharing outbuildings. I would like 1 of the unit to have plumbing and electric completed. The plumbing pipes are already in place, just need connection in bathroom. Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom). Roofing is in place, it's corrugated. Will need ceiling.
We require someone to do electrical cable runs under the ground around a property (property size Dual Ducting along route for our fibre line. We will need 3 outdoor plug points in a outdoor enclosure (enclosures to be provided by you) V at all 3 points, including the guards room. We are also looking for someone to lay Fibre with 18 Fibre splicing at each camera post.
Fault-finding, Repairs and installations: 1. 2 inside lights (fault finding and repair) 2. Installation of a 60A circuit breaker on the main DB 3. Installation of an 8 way sub DB 4. Running a m surfix cable disconnecting the existing cable from the current nodal point (Underground including wire ways -pvc conduit) 5. Replacing 1 single pole - 2 lever switch. 6. Rewiring of 1 single pole switch - 2 lever switch. 7 . 2 outside floods lights (fault finding and repair) 8. Installation (light circuit and socket outlet) at the guard house. 9. Installing 10 photo cells on the existing circuitry

This is home which we are purchasing. We intend to install solar once the bond is registered (we plan on doing the installation early in January). We do not currently have electricity usage, as this is a bigger home than we are used to. We would like an 8kW inverter, even if solar panels and battery are smaller, to allow us to upgrade if needed without installing a new inverter. A few options, ranging from R -R would be great

Household use: Main use (Eskom to stay connected in case of unforeseen failure of Solar energy supply system) : 1. The whole house must run on Solar System 24/7. However the Solar System must be connected to the Eskom grid and if for some reason the Solar System experiences some immediate failure Eskom to automatically kick in without any disruption. System should be built on a free standing structure, exclusively built for the Solar System panels.

We had our house renovated and the guys assigned to do our electrical work completed in August, they tried to install a light but opened the DB to draw a wire and problems started..Our earth leakage trips randomly..they tried to fix it but failed, now they had to bypass the earth leakage and even changed the prepaid meter so that we can temporarily have electricity. The previous prepaid meter was showing an overload even when eskom was off. The new meter constantly beeps and signs bypass. We have seen 2 electricians thus far.
I have a two bedroom 2 bathroom plus an office and would like to have a solar system to run my whole house. Washing machine, dishwasher, dryer (if possible), fridge, freezer, air conditioner, lights, tv, internet, computer. Double garage doors.
